US has developed 'much better' relationship with Pakistan recently: Trump

WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump Friday said that the US has developed a "much better" relationship recently with Pakistan and added that Washington  may set up some meetings with Islamabad.Trump, speaking at a White House event on trade negotiations with China, noted that relations has improved over the "last short period of time" and added that the United States may set up some meetings with Pakistan.US envoys say Pakistan has an important role to play in Afghan peace talks. Taliban representatives are due to meet US special peace envoy Zalmay Khalilzad in Qatar on Feb 25 inMeanwhile, Trump has voiced alarm at the "very dangerous situation" between India and Pakistan, saying: "It's very dangerous situation between the two countries."On Friday, Pakistan Army  warned India against any "misadventure," saying it was capable of responding.
