Saad Rafique, brother Salman Rafique put on ECL: sources

Islamabad: The Interior Ministry has placed former minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique and his brother Khawaja Salman Rafique on Exit Control List (ECL), Geo News reported.The names of Saad Rafique and Salman Rafique were put on ECL as investigation against them was underway in Paragon Housing scandal.
